Happy Ours

Clean, nicely furnished house! Stayed her twice and we will return to Happy Ours! Love that a golf cart is included with the rental. We Walked to Blue Mountain Creamery, often!

We thoroughly enjoyed the time we shared with family in this home. It was beautiful, clean, in a great location, and the management company was very responsive. We had several issues with the golf cart that they were very quick to resolve. The home could use a little organization with linens and other supplies, but it’s certainly not an issue that would stop us from coming back! Highly recommend.

This home is tucked in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space, cozy living rooms and beds for our family. Kitchen well stocked for our light breakfast, lunches, and 1 dinner we cooked. Space was very clean and crisp. Getting to the beach was easier than we thought with the golf cart provided and my 6 year old and I walked there one afternoon. If you’re going during peak season, be aware that finding a beach spot might be tricky. Only inconvenienced us 1 day and then it was easier to find a spot (as most ppl seemed to have ended their vacations). We liked that it was an easy drive to Grayton and Seaside, but was away from the hustle and bustle.

The house and location are great. The kitchen needs several items- hand towels, dish towels, newer pots and pans and the bath and bed linens need refreshing. Overall, it was a wonderful family weekend.

Our family really enjoyed our stay! This home is in a great location in very nice newer neighborhood. VERY clean! The layout of the home worked well with 2 en-suites, and 2 other full baths so no waiting on showers! The home is set up well with kitchen supplies, a few beach towels, extra blankets, and a storage area with beach items. The pool is just around the corner and the beach is an easy walk for our adult family. There is a convenient public access with restrooms, shower, and parking. You can rent chairs and umbrella set ups on the beach. Very convenient to restaurants, ice cream, and publix. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great time, everything was beautiful and clean. We didn’t have any issues with anything! They had everything we needed for the beach, just a two block walk. Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. We were very satisfied.

Overall, we had a great time and would recommend Happy Ours to anyone. The place was really clean and well stocked. It has a huge kitchen so we could all help with meals and we had plenty of room to move around. The bedrooms were super nice and the upstairs deck was nice morning coffee. It is only two blocks from the beach and the wagons helped with our tent and bags. We didn't have a problem, but the house is now backed up to a busy street, which could be a concern with someone who is a light sleeper. There also was an incident with a neighboring house that wanted to share their loud music with everyone one evening, but that was not the blame of the community, but the visitor; thus being unfortunate. All in all, I would return again.

We had a wonderful time during our stay in this beautiful house. This is our second time in this neighborhood and love everything about it. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend. I only have one small suggestion - more hangers. Everything else was absolutely perfect!

We had a wonderful experience at Happy Ours in Blue Mountain! We have previously stayed in Seacrest twice and wanted to try out a different beach along 30A and Blue Mountain did not disappoint! The beach was much less crowded and we had great proximity to Gulf Place and Seaside by bike. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach.

This house has everything you need to need for a pleasant vacation. We had 5 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of room. It is within walking distance to the Blue Mountain Beach. Community pool was large, nice and heated.

We had a great stay at “Happy Ours”. The game was clean, well stocked and perfect for our family. The only issue was ants and there was spray to take care of them. Hopefully we left the house exactly as we were instructed. We would consider staying there again
