Sea U There

Our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) recently spent our vacation at Sea U There. The property manager, Kim, was very helpful and communicative in advance of our stay. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for all of us and while there are quite a few stairs over the three levels, we liked having the separate spaces for everyone. Gorgeous views of the ocean from the back deck and third floor bedroom. Very close to the beach and we loved it being private, surrounded by only large homes on either side. We found Santa Rosa to be much less congested than other beaches but still very drivable to the best restaurants and activities. Highly recommend!

Amazing location!!! Just walk out back door and walk out to the beach! Property had all the amenities you need. Management was responsive quickly. Cleaning crew before we got there did miss a few things (cup behind couch, under bed). But overall a lovely place

The is 3 story condo was very clean and had a great beach vibe. All the furnishings were comfortable especially the beds. The deck of the kitchen was a relaxing spot for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The location is walking distance to several restaurants and bars. The beach walkover is convenient and has a bench for those that just want to enjoy the view with out going down the stairs to the sand.

Overall we really enjoyed this rental. It was clean comfortable beds. There was a significant leak in the shower and I did let property Mgr. Know right away and she said she was aware and thought it was fixed. It was my understanding they would reach out to repairman and have him go back but no one ever came. The grill was filthy. It was covered in grease and the grease trap was overflowing. We did the best we could to empty it but it’s now a safety issue and someone really needs to inspect it and clean it. Location is awesome and there was plenty of room for our family of 7.

The location was great...good view and quick access to the beach. We were able to have a bonfire on the beach very close to our Unit. The management company was great. They let us know promptly about a change of an access code. We had a broken coffee pot and when I told them that we had purchased a replacement, they promptly reimbursed me within minutes of sending them the receipt. The kitchen was fairly well equipped. Appliances were fairly new. The decor was beautiful and relaxing. The one thing that We did not like was that the access to the second downstairs bedroom and bathroom was through another bedroom. It was ok for our stay but could be a problem for a group of multiple couples.

This is a pretty, clean and comfortable townhouse with easy access to the beach and beautiful views. We were there for a month in the Winter and loved each minute of it. There were a few problems but each was dealt with immediately and cheerfully. Kim at Coastal Blue should be the poster child for customer service. She takes the time to realize what the situation would mean to her if she were the renter and then proceeds to do the "right thing." Actually, she ought to give lessons in how to respond to texts and calls! She's exceptional.

Amazing location and views. Steps away from the beach, huge heated pool and hot tub. Had everything we needed for our family of 4 with 2 grandparents. Thank you for sharing your beach home with us!

Great location with immediate access to the pool and beach. The downstairs bedrooms are joined together and you have to walk through the bedrooms to get out to the patio/pool/beach. I think the description should indicate that. Regardless, this property was wonderful and the location can not be beat.

This was a great place in a great location - The downstairs bedrooms did not work for us because they are connected - you have to walk through one to get to the other (and even walk through BR's to get outside) The pictures do not show that clearly-With 3 generations, this bedroom set up was not ideal - Other than that, I would totally recommend.

Very nice place, you're paying for the location (literally on the beach). We saw dolphins playing in the water almost everyday. The unit is nice but not OMG nice. This is a 3 story unit and if you have issues with steps you're in trouble. The management company is super quick to respond to emails and is attentive to your needs. The only negative we had was our car was broken into and items stolen while we were there. This was a shock since this is a gated area. Sheriffs department said it was unusual for that area. Overall great experience

Sea U There is an awesome property with a beachy feel. It was very clean and well stocked with the necessities. There were several beach chairs and umbrellas which was also a plus for our group. The mattresses were amazing and everyone commented on the comfort! The only downside to the property is the beach access is via two downstairs bedrooms which is not convenient for privacy purposes.

Very clean and great place to stay! The view is amazing! Property manager responds right away and is very friendly! Would recommend staying here!

Location was amazing! Property Management was fabulous to work with. She went above and beyond to meet our needs. Kitchen was outdated and dishwasher was small but I believe they are making some changes to this soon. I would definitely stay here again.
View from Master Bedroom is spectacular and we loved eating our breakfast and lunch on the deck. Loved that chairs and boogie boards were there for our use.
