This home welcomed us the minute we walked in the door. We had plenty of room for all of us, the rooms were very comfortable, the air worked great, beds were soft the home was clean, it was a very quiet neighborhood. The pool was a hit. Whoever decorated this did a beautiful job. Property management was so easy to talk to and helpful. You will lack nothing in this home. Having a golf included with this was so helpful!! Thankyou for everything.

We had the best time! Booking was so easy and Kim always responded very quickly. The house was perfect! It was clean when we arrived, all of the beds were comfortable and the pool in the yard made it so fun for an additional hang out spot beyond the beach. We loved the ease of the golf cart too to go grab some breakfast and just to drive around 30A. We will definitely book again!

4 college buddies and their wives got together to watch a 5th buddy get married. We picked this house because of the 4 bedrooms with attached baths. Everything was clean, the kitchen provided what we needed for the 3 meals we cooked at the house, the pool was a great size and the house was perfect for 4 couples. I can only speak for the one queen room we stayed in upstairs but the bed was so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we ended up back in Santa Rosa or Miramar Beach

The house was awesome. very family friendly space. he large frig was perfect. The large island was great. The pool is perfect size, and use of the golf cart made it so easy to run to eat and the beach. The house has 6 beach chairs and a beach cart to use. we enjoyed everything about it. Kim is very responsive and helpful with our stay.
